I got mine from below links last year
if you can't find service manul book for 2000 Integra
go for 1998 Integra service manul book
and you might need to get a 2000 or 2001 additional(supplement)
its only few pages book and hella expansive

price? I forgot $5x somethin? or $6x somthing I remember
and I remember 2001 supplement book was $3x something
