If my headlights are off, my turn signal works fine. If my headlights are on, my front right turn signal stops working and the rear right blinks quickly. I'm guessing the problem is that there's too much load when both the signal and the headlights are on. What do you think could be causing the reduced load capacity? A bad ground somewhere? My battery is brand new and it happened before and after i replaced it so I know that's not the problem.
