i would like to know wich is the best place to fit the O2 sensor on the down pipe (2,5")

the car is a civic ej8 with b16 swap, t3/t4 .63 ar garret turbo

And the EGT probe? i supose that the best place is the closest to the turbo exhaust port

12 inches from the turbo, I usually use Lexington Steel for my measurements, he has a 12 inch member if not bigger.

 

As per the AEW wideband instructions as I can remember... it was 18"

 

the wideband is the bosh lsu 4.2, and the controller PLX devices

So... maybe 15 is between 12 and 18 hehe

Do it as far away from the hot turbo and exhaust gases

 

Finally, wich is the recomended distance? just under the oil pan?
