Default 91 lude

ok i tryed this before and i dont think it posted. im slowly coming back to my honda roots but im way behinde and need to play catchup. Mainly what the best that can with a replacement motor i have heard that the b20a5 is a weak motor/tranny.. is that true? would a b series motor be the best bet... i saw the specs the b20a5 is a 110hp at 5k or around that where the SiR b18 is around 200hp at about 7k.. cost is but isnt an issue.. i can cut back to get things done. now what about the mounts how diffrent are they? and is an h22 even worth the swap in the 91 preludes is it to much power for the weight ratio?

the h22 swap, if done correctly in that car would make it pretty beastly. a guy in my car club did it and it's nasty. you will have to build your drivetrain too though. not just the swap will do.

the H22 is your only bolt-in option as of right now. it requires the h transmission and everything. you can't do an h2b on this car, bolt-in wise, and you can't use anything other then a prelude B20 transmission on the B engine.

yes, AZ Race & Machine is the only company that makes them, but be prepared to over spend and be disappointed if you're into quality or anything.
