crankshaft pulley question

Icon2 crankshaft pulley question

are the crankshaft pulley's different from a d15b and a d16z6 in size or if the btdc or tdc marks positioned different?

Well as far as i can tell from the manual they have the same pulley.

d15b7 and d16z6 timing spec = 16 degrees BTDC
d15b2 and d15b6, non-HF = 18 degrees BTDC
d15b8 = 12 degrees BTDC

Depending on which d15b you have, the difference in the designs will be roughly the difference between 13 and 14 below:


One major difference is the crankshaft pulley holding tools for the two types of pulleys (when changing the timing belt) are very different.
