when you are running a b16/b18c head use a ITR intake mani or skunk2 pro series.
when using a GSR head use an AEBS manifold.

I used the ITR manifold on my port flowed B16 head, and I was very happy with the results.

either IM would work fine. which ever is the cheapest and is better looking to you. but i would have to say the itr because theres no work done to your head(pNp, valve job). so it doesnt need to suck in alot of air when your head cant support it.

OP has obviously listed his modifications

Replies such as "its bigger" "whatever is cheaper" or especially "what looks better" hold no credibility whatsoever and should not be supported. There has been extensive debate about the proper intake manifold for b series heads, OP you should really try searching for those threads.
Overall, it has been found that the AEBS manifold contains runners that are ported to best suit a GSR head and provide efficient flow. Skunk2 Pro series or Blox intake manifolds are cast as a direct replica of an OEM ITR intake manifold and are best suited for port matching an ITR/B16 head.
I have yet to see proven dyno records of these claims, but lots of research throughout this site will usually not fail you.

Why the eagle rods and stock CR forged pistons?

dude, i'm saying both of them are good. either one would work with his setup, but i would prefer the itr. also im talking bout the looks of the IM. aebs has the rougher look with those ripples on it while the itr has the cleaner stock look. so which one does he prefer. also, why you keep bring up the gsr head? he has a b16 head. you keep saying the aebs IM would be good for the gsr head but then you say you havent seen any dyno's to prove it, so whos gonna believe you? the op is asking which one to choose between these two. and i'm letting him know both will give him good power and are good IM so depends which one of the two are cheaper(if money is an issue) and which one looks better to him.

obviously research is good when deciding but it seems like the OP has narrowed his choice to these two.
