Default JDM Climate Control Install

Hey just thought I'd check and see if any one else has done a JDM Climate Control install. Just started working on my recently (finally....) and just curious if anyone knows there way through it. Got a lot of the wiring done and got the air mix motor mounted and working, but just need to pick up a couple sensors and pop those in. Here's couple pics of the progress so far....

FAQ has a thread... https://honda-tech.com/forums/honda-prelude-4/faq-faq-faq-99%25-your-answers-here-2168311/

Quick search will find others.. I'll be nice and list the ones I know of...
https://honda-tech.com/forums/honda-prelude-4/jdm-4th-gen-climate-control-1160290/
http://www.jrcormier.com/

I was thinking there was another, but I haven't come across it..
There might be more on other sites as well..

Good luck.

Oh and by the way, what sensors do you not have...?

I think I saw an EVAP Sensor? Heater Control Solenoid thing.. The Air pipe thing..
((Been awhile seen I read the exact names.. ))

The outside and Sunlight Sensor I know you should be able to get.. But the Inside Sensor I'm unsure. Would have to do some search to find out for sure..

I would love to do this mod, but I don't have the patience or the energy to tear the whole freaking dash out like that. Props to you for doing it though.

Maybe try and find someone that's parting out a CL and go that route.. Save you from having to find one and take the stuff apart..

Pentaq, are you talking about wstef? Does he even still do this? I haven't seen him on here since like '06 or '07..

For a short period of time here user "wstef" used to make and sell "Plug-n-Play Kits" for the JDM DCC.

yep wstef (Wojtek) did some. I don't know if he does them now (we know each other personally but he lives just across the country from me), but I know another guy who lives closer and does the same. If anyone is interested just let me know- I think I could arrange something

Yea, see how much it would be for just a harness.
But I'm sure they'd need the plugs/pigtails though, correct? So we'd have to ship them to them.

^^Yea, all the Plug-n-Play is doing is giving you the wiring so you don't have to make it yourself.. Still have to remove everything and install the parts where needed.
