Polyurethane Insert On 98 Ex?

Does any one know where I can find a write up of how to install the Driver side insert or even just a picture with it already done for a 1998 Civic W/Y8?

did you do a search? you will probably end up having to take the whole mount out of the car to do it.

I have and still am searching.

I kind of figured that, And I had it out today but just couldn't figure it out. I got all the other mounts done just can figure out the top D side
