Ok first off...do you know how much work has to be done to that motor in order to even run those cams??? Compression has to be extremely high and they are not made for regular day use. The idle is sparatic and you will not benefit from them...
You need to find out first and foremost what your goals are. Do not get cams because of "the way they sound". That would be a very dumb choice. Figure out where you want ur motor to stand, where you want the powerband to be and what your budget is. Then you can start looking for cams and other supporting parts to make them run effectively and efficiently.

you have a lot to learn before you ever open the motor. whatever you do and buy, please match the cam to your valvetrain and compression. also, spend the cash on tuning. a quick list of what you'll need for a stock GSR bottom end.

1. a blox/skunk or edelbrock intake manifold
2. ITR or skunk stage 1 cams
3. the correct valvetrain for either. you could be cheap and use your GSR intake springs on the exhaust and buy ITR intake springs for the intake. they will work with either of those 2 cams up to 8500rpm.
4. an upgraded exhaust and header
5. TUNE, you need someone who can get your car back to running right after you change all this.

you will spend somewhere around $1500-2000 doing this since i'm 99% sure you don't have the skills to do it all yourself.

a jackson supercharger is probably money better spent since you're all stock. they you just need the exhaust.

it's not that hard. all you gotta do is get skunk2 or supertech valvesprings and retainers. leave the stock valves. find some stage2 tuner series cams, or even the blox type b cams'll do. pick up some 440cc or 450cc injectors and you're in like a grand or so in parts right there. if you feel comfortable taking your head off you can do that and have a machine shop do your valve train or you can get a valve spring compressor that let's you take the springs out with the head on the motor itself. it's not that hard, just follow honda torque specs and tightening sequences that you can get out of a haynes manual. then go get it tuned asap. since you're already obd1 this will be a simple socket and chip on your current ecu from a tuner and put it on the dyno to get it diled in. you should be in no more than like 1500 bucks, 2grand if you don't wanna do the work yourself. this should put you right around 210-220 whp depending on your tuner.

you don't want the todas unless you're using like 13:1+ compression. . . imo they are not worth it. they sound cool though. that's about it.
