last weekend i got a new door for my ef and i tried to put it on but i cannot get it to line up. the back end sags like no other. i tried loosening the mounts then closing the door and tightening them but as soon as i open the door in sags back down. any help will be great

maybe the metal hinge or mounting point is fatigued, causing it to bend back.
did you use a torque wrench?

 

no i just tightened it could go tighter but its real tight

 

sorry i dont have much more to offer but re-fitting a door and making it line up isn't easy. keep trying.
try it with the door open and mark the hinge location so you can keep track of how much you are moving it. use a floor jack to support the weight of the door, put a 2x4 and something soft (to protect the paint) in between the jack and the door.
