I have a 92 Integra ls
When driving down the road my car gets up to temp and seems not to over heat the but after 30 to 45 min of driving i will stop at school/home and i will see steam coming out from under the hood. When you open the hood, the upper radiator hose will be hard as a rock and the lower one will be soft and cold. I have put in a new thermostat, no change and yes i have heat.

 

my only gess was radiator blocked can some help me out before i go spending cash on something that has nothing to do with the problem

 

come on some pne must be atlest able to tell me how i can tell if the radiator is blocked
