Besides the obvious hassle of quality time w/an officer @ 1:00am +, I might still do it. I see alot of these when doing inspections, the stickers aren't bad either they're a white reflective base like a license plate

 

I was not aware Texas had this program as well. I'm so often out at all hours of the night that I'd get hit 3-5 times a week if the program actually worked. I hardly see police behind me though, at least close enough to notice the sticker, or following enough to run the license plate number.

 

I figured this was just giving cops another reason to pull your rice burner over, but then I saw it was in Texas and I think it might actually be a genuine attempt at reducing vehicle theft.
