I bought a 2000 civic dx hatchback and the previous owner told me that the 4th cylinder was misfiring. He also told me he took it to a mechanic and that the mechanic said it could possibly be the cylinder ring? Previous Owner said the car runs fine and after you pass about 65mph the CEL light will start to blink. Also mentioned that the mechanic said to just change the 4th spark plug every now and then.I wanted to find out anymore input on this and/or about how much it would cost to get repaired.
