stock b20 into ls

if i put a stock b20 to my 98 integra ls with i/h/e how much more hp and torque will i get? like maybe 15 hp more?

which b20? low comp b20b will be slower than the ls but more torque, high comp b20z/b will have the same or little more(nothing too big, maybe 5-10hp to crank) with more torque than ls.
