boost or all motor h22?
well i gota screamming deal on a 94 hatch and a h22a motor i will ahve soem cash left over after the swap
should i turbo or go N/a
what is the most boost i can go on a stock h22 jdm? think i could get about the same hp out of some good cams/headwork, i/h/e flywheel, good ecu(hondadata)
as a turbo kit with lower boost?

You'll be faster with turbo, but you run the risk of having more problems with a turbo setup. A properly setup and tuned turbo setup will cost you a lot of money. Getting big gains NA will cost a lot too though. Which do you feel more comfortable with?
in a civic with H22, turbo is good if you don't care about driveability and daily use of the car, but that also depends on how much you're gonna be boosting. it will have lots of torque regardless. a little too much for a daily driven hatch if you ask me. it would be faster than N/A of course (if traction issues are taken care off) but i'd go with all motor. it will still be hella fast, a little more civilized, and more reliable. but that's just me...
