Civic HB side garnish same as CRX side garnish?

Civic HB side garnish same as CRX side garnish?
Both parts appear to look the same from the eye but a quick search of part numbers tell me they are different.
Has anyone tried the fit to see if the side window garnish is interchangeable between a Civic HB and CRX.
CRX part #73840-SH2-A01
