Default Crower camshaft question?

Ok, i just bought a b20 from my friend. The motor was running like **** so he sold it to me. It has a lighten flywheel header intake cams that he did not no he got in there (he bought it like that). When i got it the motor it was off a tooth, i guess that why it was running like ****. My question is the cams part # is 62402 but i wanna no if it for all-motor or turbo. The cam have green paint on it. Is this a decent setup for a b20???

It's not a bad cam for streetable all motor or turbo. IMHO it's geared more toward all motor/nitrous over turbo though. There's a 62402T specifically for turbo apps.
