Thanks. I appreciate it. What I need is any black steering wheel that will fit a 94 Civic LX Sedan that has the cruise controls or will control my cruise some how.

Any steering wheel off ANY Honda/Acura CAR will fit yours. Especially one off another 92-95 EX with cruise.

Yes, I can confirm that that person's statement is a complete fabrication.
Not ALL steering wheels from ANY Honda/Acura will bolt right on perfectly to your 94 LX Sedan.
Yes, another 92-95 Civic steering wheel with cruise will fit your vehicle, but this seems blindingly obvious, so it is probably not what you're asking.
Some more information will help. Are you trying to replace your stock steering wheel with something that is not stock? Are you in the United States (this matters)? Are you eliminating the SRS features of your steering wheel? Are you looking for an "aftermarket" steering wheel with cruise, or looking to mount a wheel from another Honda/Acura?

I'm looking for an EXACT OEM replacement for what I currently have. The only difference being that it needs to be black. This includes SRS and cruise controls.
Then I suggest you look on eBay, or better yet - head to your local salvage yard.

Good luck.

'92 - '95 Civic and '94 - '01 Integra are interchangeable
'96 - '00 civic uses a different spline count and wont work in a '92 - '95
Any '92 - '95 EX/Si wheel or one froma '94 - '01 Integra will work fine (note that '92 civic Si hatchbacks sold in Canada are non-srs and use a slightly different steering wheel, they are obviously rather hard to find)
Thanks guys. Now we're getting somewhere.
One more question. If I were to use a wheel from a 94-01 Integra; Would the cruise controls buttons still plug up and function properly?

The answer to the question regarding steering wheels that will fit your 1994 Civic Sedan LX, that will be...
[...]an EXACT OEM replacement for what I currently have. The only difference being that it needs to be black. This includes SRS and cruise controls.
To answer your question, though, here are the part numbers for the steering wheel buttons on relevant USDM Integras, Civics, and del Sols:
36770-SN7-G01: 96-01 Integra, 96-97 del Sol
36770-SR3-A01: 92-95 Civic, 94-95 Integra, 93-95 del Sol
...so the cruise buttons for a Civic will definitely match for some years of Integras and del Sols, but are not guaranteed to match in others, based solely on the part number.
However, I would be MORE concerned about whether the SRS clips line up and functions properly. This is what's going to save your hyde when you shmuck into a tree.
A question which will cast a wider net for answers, and the one I thought you were originally asking, is: What steering wheels can be adapted to fit a 92-95 Civic? Since my car does not have SRS, and I added an OEM cruise control system, AND I wanted to keep my original CDM 3-prong steering wheel style, but have wheel-mounted buttons, I adapted a non-SRS early-90s Honda Prelude wheel to fit my steering column. What we have is this:
Interesting, but not what you're after I guess.
Interesting indeed and thanks for the awesome input/information. It will all help me. That Prelude wheel looks curiously odd in that EG. It has a nostalgic feel yet seems totally at home on it's environment. Great job.
When I say OEM, I mean exactly that, "original equipment manufacturer". I do NOT want some aftermarket steering wheel in my car. It has to be Acura/Honda. I don't care if it comes from another Civic or not. The main issues were that it has to be black, have a functional airbag and retain use of my current cruise control setup. Something that fits with no modifications. Maybe that wasn't clear but I sure hope it is now.
So the cruise control controls will simply bolt onto any wheel that has the same splines as my current one?
