Default Power steering reservoir fluid leak

1997 SH 175K

I noticed the other day that I had large amounts of stains on my driveway. I automatically assumed it was oil, but it ended up being power steering fluid.

I checked the reservoir and it seemed a little low. I then checked the 2 hoses that are connected to the reservoir and they both seem like they are expanding and are really hard to squeeze.

I am now assuming that I need to replace those two hoses? Is there a special way I should remove them or can i just pulled them off and replace it with new ones? Ive never replaced hoses from the power steering reservoir before and just want to make sure I do it correctly.

Thank you
