High altitude gsr timing question

High altitude gsr timing question
I live in an elevation of 6,800ft I have my 98 gsr and need to set the timing for my altitude i've searched and came up empty handed. The only mods I have are intake, exhaust, test pipe, P28. I know how to set the timing i'm just needing help setting it to the right degree. I appreciate any help.
