My brother just bought a 1998 Honda Prelude... Previous owner had transmission rebuilt... Only 125 k miles on it.... When you slam the gas pedal it goes at first but when it gets to shift to the next gear the car feels like it jumps back and forth a couple times then shifts. Its got the H-22 in it... also have a missing problem every now and then... Anyone know of any sensors or anything that cause this other then the transmission?

 

nEed more info, the miss could cause the funny shift, but would have to be a good miss. what is the color of the tranny fluid, just rebuilt, and sold???????
