I use NGK BKR7E copper plugs, the 6097, but they seem to be hard to find now. I was told they are switching to a newer number. But start with a 7 heat range at .044". If you can afford the dyno tuning, gap them at different settings to check for gains.

I'm running .040 gap on NGK BK7RE-11's with my LS/V which is 12.1:1. I used to run the NGK ZFR5F-11 on my previous LS motor (9.4:1). Since I gained roughly 45-50 extra BHP by going the LS VTEC route I gapped my plugs accorinding NGK's recommendations

Straight from msd themselves. It's just a start though. The bkr7es i think they are, its what the boost guys run, i had a set from that, and the gap was good for my 13:1 compression... just an fyi.
