thinking about reupholstering usdm seats middle insert to all suede. I like the way the suede holds you in the seat. anyone seen any like that?

Capital Seating sells the alcantara. I'll buy the jersey fabric from you if you do this. As long as it's not all ripped up. I want to make an armrest with it.

I was considering something like this. A web site www.gulffabric.com
mentions, in their 2nd paragraph that it (alcantara) is not recommended for the seat area.
My bolster is worn on my drivers seat (it shines too much), so I want to either replace it (4 yard minimum alcantara purchase is required at $80/yd) or buy the seat covers from Acura.

I searched a couple of BMW sites for the info.

If it's shiny, then its just dirty. I think it fades to a gray when it's worn, if I'm not mistaken.

 

Not likeing the idea man keep it og R spec, i personally wouldnt want to ruin what Honda designed.
