you probly allready knew you were F***d lol
Heres my little slice of heaven ive been dealing with
I removed my rear brakes off my 94 integra sedan to press in new bushings etc and ive done Tons of rear disc swpas/removals but never have broke this bolt. There are two bolts that hold the rear trailing arm bushing to the car...well i broke one and its in the frame of the car. I figured id have to drill it out ...tried to use a easyout from sears and nothing... then figured id have to drill it completly out then re tap. well easiar said than done considering its upside down and recessed so it was't exactly in the middle but as close as possible and now the hole is bigger than the bolt lol
so im down to somehow get under teh rear seats and cut untill i get to the frame and see if i can weld a new nut on or just straight get the trailing arm welded to the car...hey its not a adjustable part of a alignment...heheh i know ghetto but its my last plan of action?!?!?!
anyone else care to brainstorm with me?

haha, sounds like your down chit creek with no paddle! If you want to keep the car then you can cut a hole a weld a nut on the back side, if not, weld it and wholesale the car!
It seems this is pretty common lol. Weld in a new nut and call it a day that or maybe helicoil, i'd feel safer with a new nut and bolt though. Good luck, keep us posted.
drill the hole bigger and tap it. it doesnt matter what thread pitch as long as it works. and if it isnt centered just drill it a little bigger until its close enough. and use a hand wrech to install that bolt, not an air tool
