Need Help! EF9 Rear Bumper Filler

I bought the EF9 Rear bumper. To eliminate the gaps and to have a perfect fitment I would need the rear bumper filler off a JDM EF9. My question is that the key hole doesn't line up with the JDM filler. Does anyone have a writeup on how to modify the key hole?

My buddy said the same thing..I went to http://www.primediabackissues.com to order the back issue..they had all the back issues except for # 7. Must be Sold Out!
