Default Headers: Ceramic coated or Stainless Steel

I'm interested in buying some header for my LS integra.
Whats the difference between the ceramic and steel?

I heard that the Ceramic coated headers tend to crack.
Which ones should i buy?

Thanks and open to all suggestions

They are both just as strong..The ceramic ones suck. They grey paint comes off and they look like crap.Atleast the DC ones..Get some steel ones from DC or Edelbrock,Megan Racing,Comptech..

i've had a ceramic coated edelbrock for years. far better than the DC piece and the coating does not come off. if you want a bolt on header i'd go greddy or edelbrock. if you want a power header the hytech or toda replicas are where it's at.
