The sidewall on a 195/60-14 tire is 195 * .60 = 117 millimeters tall, and the one on a 185/60-14 tire is 185 * .60 = 111 millimeters tall.

What you usually want to do in choosing a tire size is to get one whose outer diameter is as close as possible to that of the stock tire size. 195/60-14 does this for Integras and '97-00 Civics. 185/60-14 does this for del sols, CRXs, and pre-'96 Civics.
