my b20v is running without a map sensor i need help asap
i have a engine light so now my vtec isnt cracking its not cracking becuz of the map sensor when it is plug in vtec cracks hard but when the rpm drops fast the motor cuts off. but check this out when i unplug my map it sound like it wants to cut off but then engine light comes on then it catch idle. soo now when im on the gas and then let the rpm drop the car doesnt cut off isnt that funny but the funniest part is how i could drive without a map sensor. can some1 point me to the right direction.
p.s i tried 3 different map sensor

first, correct your English because vtec doesn't "crack". When your CEL comes on its putting the ecu in a limp mode, causing it to bypass the map sensor. Go buy a Honda manual that is relevant to your OBD and cylinder head and begin troubleshooting by the book. Ex... Check resistance at the sensor and check voltage at the plug, make sure everything is within spec.
Just trying different sensors is not going to help you, who knows if their good, the only way to know is to test it. simple as that.
