I'd buy yourself some classes to help with your English and relating with others. It will help you in life way more than a JDM Integra.

many many threads have been started about this. Your really better off trying to find one already in the states from someone that has already gone through the trouble. From what i know the process if very long and hard to accomplish, you better have deep pockets too, the cars may be cheaper but expect to pay ALOT if you do end up getting it registered. Your also located in CA, which is the state with the toughest regulation rules in the Unites States, I wish you all the luck, but your going to be creating a lot of headaches you prolly dont need....

I know Top Rank has a few R's. They are in California, but I think they charge a fee to register it in California.
You have to get the car bar'd which I believe includes changing the intake manifold, having a crank sensor etc but not 100% sure since I live in Washington state.

I personally went through and importer called SpeedworksNW and they found a R in japan at garage defend. They did all the paperwork for me and the title was sent by the DOL about 6 weeks later

here is TopRanks FAQ for importing a car and registering in California https://www.importavehicle.com/california-buyer
