The fronts are the same. The ITR and GSR rear shocks are not interchangeable, but you can use the GSR rear lower control arms and use the GSR rear shocks..

The only things you need to change for a 5-lug conversion are the steering knuckles and the trailing arms.
There is no need whatsoever to remove or change the lower control arms and the coilover assemblies.
