CEL code 71-72 wut can i do...

i got integra gsr 97 throwing cel code 71 and 72 for a misfire in cylinder 1 and 2...wut i check to fix this check engine light...

How is the car idling? Did you misshift and induce an overrev?
Have you pulled the plugs and compared all of them?
Have you checked the valve adjustment?
