Default Oil Pan question...

I recently bought a 2000 Civic Si with a 98-spec JDM ITR swap. I had it on the lift the other day swapping the header, and I noticed that the oil pan has a pretty good dent in it. I'm going to replace it, but my quesiton is whether its worth the money to upgrade to an aftermarket pan (like Moroso, or something), or if I'd be just as well picking up another ITR/GSR OEM oil pan (the one off my ITR motor is stamped P72, so I'm assuming they're interchangeable) for a fraction of the cost. Any input will be appreciated. Thanks.
