Just wondering, gonna be replacing left front motor mount on my '94 EJ1. What all is involved in doing this? I was thinking of just jacking up the engine until the mount had little pressure on it, remove bolts, put in new mount, bolt in, done. Anything I should be aware of or that I'm missing?
Thanks!
P.S.: It's a JDM D15B.

Got some 2x4s laying around, definitely gonna be putting that in between the jack and engine. Seems like a pretty solid idea to me, was just thinking I might have overlooked something.
Thanks!

Nope, I mean the driver side front mount (front left from chassis orientation). The one right by the power steering reservoir, etc
Oh ok.
Yea, then just support the engine at the oil pan with a jack and a block of wood. Then remove the 2 bolts holding the mount to the engine's bracket, and the bolt holding the mount to the chassis.
To get to that chassis bolt, all you have to do is slide the power steering reservoir up and then pivot the lower hose on the reservoir so you can turn the reservoir up and out of the way without unhooking it.

Will report back and let everyone know how it went.
