Yesterday, my friend got industrial degreaser and poured it all over the engine bay and then washed it all off. Later that day, i maxed out 1 and 2 gear and realised the vtec sound hadnt let off. What could this be? a few hours earlier the tranmission light lit on then lit off. Im thinking i got water in the head, what for all i know it could be anything.

the car is a 94 integra vtir.

the light on the dash. Im not sure if its tranmission though, it was on the bottom left of rpm meter and it was orange. Im pretty sure it would be tranmission.
