Default Want to rev out to 9000 or 9500???

sup i have a 97 GSR and i was wondering how i would be able to make my car rev out to 9k or 9500 like what would i have to buy for my head and anything else that i would need and how much it would run me to do it

bigger cams are needed to make power beyond your stock redline
better valvesprings and retainers, like portflow or Skunk2.
chipped ecu
tuning- what good is it to rev to 9k and not make any power


thats pretty much it. of course u want the mormal bolt ons and stuff

reason i asked is exactly because of the cam profiling. if he is getting cams that need to be revved high, he would know that they need upgraded valvetrain. don't rev a cr/ls/vtec there. no reason to. and the reciprocating assembly won't live to tell the tale. balance everything, including the clutch.
