What happened to Import Builders?

What ever happened to them? I went to check out their website, importbuilders.com and i get blueprint racing? Is this the same people, new company?

Jeff joined up with BluePrint. I believe many of the products are the same when he was "IB", just under Blueprint's name now.

Smart move since IB was getting a lot of negative attention towards the end
