Not sure what exactly you're looking for.
-Fuel rail is different. (RHD)
-Probably a slightly different tune for the higher compression pistons.
-Electronic speed limiter. ~115mph
-Distributor has an internal coil, compared to the external coil dist. on the H22A1
-The JDM H22 block reads 'H22A', compared to the USDM H22's 'H22A1'

Some people prefer one over the other.. If you're running a stock block, or just bolts on, I highly doubt it will matter or that you'll notice any difference.

H22A is JDM.
H22A1 & H22A4 are USDM.
H22A2 is EDM (France for one).
H22A7 is EDM or JDM.
Not exactly sure which were in the EDM and AUDM markets. And I'm pretty sure the CDM had the same as the USDM.
