Default Rewraping Interior Pieces

This isn't for a honda but the technique, I'm guessing, is the same throughout. I'm looking to rewrap my door panels, along with other interior pieces, in my sc300 and was looking for some information on the process. Is it hard, time consuming, or both? Would you reccomend a beginner doing this or getting some practice first?

I'll be using a black suede material but don't really know the process of wraping. Do I remove the old material or wrap over it? Do I just use a spary adhesive or is there more to securing the fabric?

Just looking for some input/advice/technique(s)
