Default Looking for race data engineer, will train

Hi guys,

My race engineer went on to work for Turner Motorsports. I'm overwhelmed and in need of a race data engineer. Unfortunately, this is not a paying position, rather an internship/volunteer program.

Qualifications/Requirements:
1. Enthusiastic about motorsports, HPDE experience is a plus.
2. Computer literate, engineering background is a plus, not a must. Students with strong mathematic is encouraged.
3. Have some spare time to spend for training and discussion
4. Will travel to the races at least once a month, maybe a few test days as well.
5. Local, bay area.
6. Need to commit to at least the remaining of 2009 season.
7. Thick skins, and good sense of humor.

Will provide:
1. Training. Initially it will take one or two days to get familiar with the program. Will be guided continuously through out the season. Familiarity with AiM Race Studio 2 is a plus, not a must.
2. Food and beverages at the track. Basically, your experience at the track will cost you nothing out of pocket.
3. Transport or ride from my place to the track.
4. Room and board at the track. Sometimes will mean camping at the track, sometimes local cheap motel.

Benefits:
1. Learning to get involved in motorsports, possibly in professional level
2. Might be a stepping stone for your motorsports career
3. Something to write on your resume
4. Impress girls that you are part of a racing team

Please email resume (just a short one) to andrie"at"gmail"dot"com

hahaha, thanks Charlee and Casey. I'm offering an opportunity for people to get their feet wet in motorpsports. Data Race engineer has lots of usefulness and can branch to other duties in motorsports no problem.

Yeah, but what is X2 factorial?

You must be a sophomore. After all, I've never seen anyone list their classes in their sig before.
