yes they will you just have to used the shaft from the 90-93 driver side to used the axle

I thought b-series axles could be used with any b-series motor.

90-93 driver side axle has a male inner joint, and the intermediate shaft has a female socket. 94-01 driver side axle is the opposite - female socket on the inner joint, and male end on the intermediate shaft.
