wow, thats alot of money to play with there buddy. won't cost half that to do a b16 swap. you should really check out the faq and look at all the options you have an ls swap, b16 swap, or even a gsr swap wouldn't be 4500 bucks. if you have that kind of money to play with, you should think about an h22 swap. but like i said, you need to read up and study. i'd tell you to search, but the search engine here is a POS.

How much it's going to cost depends a lot on who's doing the work. If you're paying a shop to do it, it's obviously going to cost a lot more than doing it yourself. But if you don't have the right tools, this isn't easy!

What kind of power are you looking for?
What is the car going to be used for?

The Si (D16A6) swap will be cheaper all around, but if you're going through the trouble of a motor swap, a B16A or B18A might be the better way to go. You should be able to find a complete D16A6 for $300-400.

Check out hmotorsonline.com for some JDM motor prices. That will give you a good starting point.

there is a link at the top of the page of where to buy engines and transmissions. or even the market place. engines are going for rediculously low prices these days.
