Ok so i took all my parts for A/C off a 89 rex si. The only thing that I wasnt able to take was the stuff inside the dash. So i bought a tegg and I was gonna use ls motor and swap it into my EF. The DA still had the AC hoses coming off fire wall and everything. So I took DA dash apart and took out blower motor and heater core with AC hoses attached to it. Can I use the DA heater core and AC hoses for the EF? The hoses do thread on to each other, I just want to know if it will work. And do I use my blower motor or the DA's? I haven't take EF dash apart to see if they are the same. Let me know please

 

It will work, but it probaly won't fit like stock under the dash.

if you want you could put the DA dash and some interior parts if better than your rex but its an si so im hoping for your car that its mint interior. You can put all that into the rex and hook up the ac even but it will take research on the chemicles and right pins and plugs cuz if you mess up it could burst or flame up.

 

no I dont have a rex si. I have hatch DX. And I like my interior, it is very clean. I didn't want to have to go to yard to find a EF with AC underneath dash

 

So much easier to use the stock AC stuff with a hasport ac bracket.

I know that, but I'm talking about the stock ac crap underneath dash. I have a dx so it didnt come with it. and i did not pick that up from the rex
