Stupid valve adjustment question
Ok so I just installed a pair of Brian Crower stage II cams along with BC dual springs and steel retainers on my h22. This is my first time doing a valve adjustment so I have a question. Am I inserting the feeler gauge underneath the vtec lobe on the cam for every cylinder? Im doing the adjustment tomorrow but I need to make sure that I do it correctly because it needs to be on the dyno on Saturday...
here you go man - https://honda-tech.com/forums/honda-prelude-4/diy-h22a-valve-adjustment-618786/
its in the FAQ sticky.

thanks but I allready read that one along with a bunch of other ones. With the pics being dow I cant tell where the feeler gauge is positioned...
Hey man, You're putting the Guage in between the cam lobe, for each valve/screw. Inserting the Guage from Outside to In, (manifolds Inside to the Head) And go on the tight side for Intake and Loose side for Exhuast.
.006 intake (brian crower may have different specs, check)
.008 exhuast
At least that's the best stock valve combination I've came up with, after several trials of different ways.
That DIY in the FAQ is pretty dead on.
