Default Help: Stock integra seats with lower rails?

Was wondering if anyone has done anything to their stock seat rails to make it lower or has bought an aftermarket seat rails (lower) that fits the stock seats. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance

I did fairly extensive searching on this topic (both here and Google) and found nothing.

Best I could find was suggestions to gut the seat base foam and put the cover back on.

Good luck with the search, post up results if you find anything.
