my buddys M3 is having some clutch issues....

what weve done-

one year ago ruffly 24k ish miles ago
-replace flywheel for uuc ltw, heavy duty PP, 6 puck clutch
-replaced slave (they suck a$$)

car drove fine...

fastfoward to present---
his issue is an engagement issue...he thought it was bad tranny its a ZF and they r known for hard use wear around 100kish mark...

-we replaced tranny (do to known issues)
-replaced master cylinder
-replaced slave (they suck a$$ still)

still issue is there.

i know from experance that ACT style puck clutchs wear sometimes slower than the flywheel and/or PP
would this "wear" casue a "bad slave"like engagement issue. and how could this wear be accounted for after proper machine work has been done. clutch is not slipping and hold like the day we put it in..

thanks in advance-

the time it takes to shift with the cluthc take the same time to shift without the clutch...

trying to diag the issues.....24k ago we did the swap....in the last 5k, this issue has been present. we ruled out, tranny, hydraulics----trying to narrow the mechanics...only thing left is cluthc, pp, flywheel wear...
main questions:

1-Will a aggressive clutch (made from ceramic/steel/etc) casue excessive wear into flywheel and/or PP?

2-If YES, will this wear cause clutch engagement issues?

I would like to help, but I am not exactly sure what your issue is.Is it that the clutch is not releasing? Where is the pedal when the clutch engages? I is pretty high, low or in the middle? How worn is the disc? Did you check the thickness?
