Default Si Coupe 3rd brake light - Coupe 3rd brake light conversion?

anyone put a standard coupe brake light into a si coupe brake light (assuming you or i am wingless) anyone re-wire it to where the standard 3rd brake light is, since ours is on our spoiler?

I changed my red si 3rd brake light for an 09 clear si 3rd brake light. Direct swap and looks really nice with the TW.
EDIT: opps i misread the question

Well that's even easier. That's a two second job. The OP is talking about rewiring the 3rd brake light from the spoiler (the Si's original location) to on the rear deck inside the rear windshield, the location for R18's third brake light.

it'd be really simple, you just wire it to the brake lights on the trunk. just gotta make sure you're using the correct wires.

really simple and make sure you're using the correct wires do not go together.
But, why would you do that unless you want to take that ugly wing off. otherwise, it will just be obstructed by the wing itself.

Both the Si and R18 powered Civics are FG chassis. The Si is an FG2; the other 2006+ Coupes FG1. They probably share the same connector, but it's no guarantee.
