First off, I'm new to this scene. I bought this car(05 civic lx coupe) new in '05, and I think its time to start modifying this monster. Especially after my trip to the drag strip this weekend. Best et of 18.1@75mph. But its my daily driver, so im not touching the motor or trans. Just want to look better. I was thinking a '99-'00 front lip and OEM sides. As far as springs, I have no clue. I want to keep ride quality nice not be slammed, all without spending a boatload of coin either. Any pics or suggestions are welcome, thanks guys.

 

Well how much r u tryin to spend..? and how low u wanna go.. if u want springs the lowest u will go is 2 inches.. IMO i like coilovers i juss bought myself " Progress 1 piece " there pretty legit.. good luck

 

Really there is no limit, just a reasonable amount. I was looking at the Tein "S" or "H" techs. The S techs look better, but with the lip and sides, I dont want to be scraping everywhere I go. Plus a poorer ride quality. Thanks again for your imput.

 

well springs will be koo cuz cheaper and you dont go too low, i had HnR race springs n now putting on ground controls to go lower

 

It's your car and you should not need anyone else to tell you what to modify first.
