i swapped a mini me with a y8 head on it i have everything hooked up its running on a OBD2 Converted Distributor with the OBD0 SI Harness with OBD1 injectors with a P28 ECU BUT it idles fine just a lil high when i rev it it will go but then ill try to rev it a lil higher it cuts out it sounds like it has 2 Step or sometin lol but i just wanna get this lil project going!!! any suggestions?!!! by the way i already tried a OBD0 Distributor and it does the same thing!!

 

check what code your throwing. ecu is chillin in limp mode.

 

ok kool but how can you tell what code it is?

 

find the little 2wire blue plug by the ecu and loop a paperclip between the 2 wires and check engine should blink a certain amount of times and certain duration.
