Icon2 if you had 900 bucks...

from ur tax return.

would you buy pistons and rods for your turbo build... or have the darton mid sleeves installed (that you already owned)(in the block u already have and out of the car) or...

would you buy the pistons/rods then wait till you some extra $$$ and have the sleeves done then pistons and rods installed all at once.

or would u just get it sleeved now and buy the pistons/rods later and then put in at a later time?

and if i buy parts now and wait to do it all at once... it would be ok that the head wasnt on it for a while right as long as it was covered (im haveing the head P&P 2 so thats gonna take a littel to get that done to)

what a delimia huh lol

sleeves will take longer and have a larger potential for a hangup. you order pistons and rods, and unless something is wrong, generally in about a week you'll have them. but with the block, you have to ship it out, wait in line to get done, and get it shipped back. why not do that while you have extra time? as opposed to having everything ready to go but no block to stick it in.

I would buy either one $900 hooker or 45 $20 hookers. Either way lots of stimulation economic or otherwise. :D

May as well have a hooker. Atleast with them you decide when you stop paying them and when they leave....(unlike wives)

I had 900 bucks from my tax return. I bought Ground Controls, New suspension bushings, took my dog to the vet, bought my gf a birthday present, and still have about 300 left. Of course, I still have to install the GC's and get aligned.....

No, No, No. You do not pay a hooker to have sex with you. You pay them to leave after the sex.

Initially, you pay wives to sleep with you. After a while, you just pay for them to shut the hell up.

yea, whoever told u leaving the head off would warp it was tripping on some seriouse drugs. the only way i could se that happening is if u took it off and left it laying next to a stove of something and letting it change from cold to hot alot. just make sure to keep it covered well. i duct taped a few shirts around my motor when i did it.

Yes like another poster said, get it sleeved cause there could be potential delays with that then buy the pistons/rods when you are ready. You dont want to have the pistons and rods then go get the block sleeved just to have it delayed and get all anxious and pissed about it.
