Default lowering?

sorry about all the questions but i still pretty new to modding my car and although im pretty good with cars there are somethings i still have yet to figure out.

what is a cheap and easy way to lower my 91 civic hatchback dx?

i only want to lower it about 2-3 inches, nothing drastic

i have 13" tires and wheels on it, but it still looks like its so hiugh off the ground i hate it.

If you want to go low get a good set of coilovers and struts.

Check FAQs, there is a suspension thread ...

if your gonna do it on a budget you have three options, try and find used coilovers, do it cali style and chop the stock springs (not suggested) or find a cheap pair of lowering springs, tein makes some s. tech springs that are about 170 bucks, same with skunk2, just whatever you do stay away from $100 ebay springs, they make your car so bouncy it almost comes off the ground when you hit a bump.
